      Commercial Consultation & Training

For businesses, landscapers, builders, HOAs, municipalities, realtors, and property managers.

      Commercial Consultation and Training

Commercial poison ivy situations are handled separately from residential assessments and removal jobs.

I work with landscapers, builders, realtors, HOAs, municipalities, school districts, property managers, and businesses that need help identifying poison ivy risk, understanding exposure concerns, planning next steps, or training staff before work begins.

Commercial support may include photo or video review, an on-site property assessment, crew or staff training, removal planning, written notes or a formal action plan, and recommendations for handling vines, brush, stumps, debris, tools, clothing, and contaminated work areas.

For larger properties or higher-risk sites, the goal is to understand the size of the problem, where the poison ivy is growing, how people may be exposed, what work needs to happen near it, and what steps should be taken before crews, staff, tenants, students, customers, or contractors are put at risk.

      Commercial consultations start at $250.

Commercial site assessments and training start at $500.

Written reports, staff training, removal planning, and larger property work are quoted separately based on the size of the site, scope of the issue, and level of documentation needed.

      How Commercial Support Works

Commercial poison ivy support is customized to the property, organization, crew, and situation.

Some businesses need help identifying whether poison ivy is present before work begins. Others need a site assessment, safety guidance, staff training, removal planning, documentation, or a proposal for a larger property issue.

During the consultation or site assessment, I look at the size, density, location, and spread of the poison ivy. I also assess how people may be exposed, including staff, crews, contractors, students, tenants, customers, equipment operators, landscapers, or maintenance workers.

I look at where the poison ivy is growing, how it may be spreading, whether it is mixed into work areas, brush, fence lines, trees, stumps, trails, beds, or maintained spaces, and what may make the situation more difficult or risky.

Depending on what you need, commercial support may include photo or video review, an on-site assessment, staff training, written notes, a formal report, removal planning, safety recommendations, or a commercial removal proposal.

The goal is to help you understand what you are dealing with, what risk it creates, what it may cost your organization if handled poorly, and what steps make sense before people are exposed or work begins.

      Liability disclaimer

By booking an in-person assessment, you understand that the information provided is educational and based on what can be observed safely during the visit.

Remove My Poison Ivy is not responsible for injury, allergic reactions, property damage, plant regrowth, incomplete removal, exposure to urushiol oil, tool contamination, clothing contamination, pet exposure, contractor exposure, or any outcome resulting from actions you choose to take after the assessment.

You are responsible for deciding whether to attempt DIY removal, hire a professional, seek medical care, use herbicides, handle yard waste, or allow people or pets near the affected area.

Poison ivy removal carries exposure risk. An in-person assessment can help identify concerns and possible next steps, but it cannot remove that risk or guarantee that every plant, vine, root, or contaminated surface will be found.
